Ensure the undercarriage
components (e.g. sprocket, rollers and idler)
are in good working order. Damaged undercarriage
components can affect rubber track performance &
durability. If need be, we can provide new components
for your machine. |

Avoid working environments
such as rocky terrain, gravel, concrete demolition
and metal debris which cause damage to rubber tracks.

Careful operation
is essential. Travel with both tracks on a level
surface. Avoid striking concrete curbs or walls
with the sides of the rubber track. Drive up or
down a slope instead of traversing. Avoid making
spin or pivot turns. Alternate turning from one
side to another . |

Avoid exposure to
contaminants such as salt or oil. If these get on
the tracks, then clean the tracks immediately. |

Maintain clean drive
components thus avoiding damage from foreign substances
or mud. |

Minimise exposure
to the sun, this helps to reduce the aging process.
Normal operating temperature range is between -25c
to +55c. Store indoors if unused for long periods. |
